These little gems are a great crowd pleaser. Serve them up at a BBQ, party or post sport match. They're great for adults and kids alike!
Method
- Make slaw by combining all ingredients.
- Make vinaigrette by combining olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a cup. Fold through the slaw.
- Cook chipolatas on medium heat until cooked through and heat buns in the oven until lightly golden.
Serve
Cut buns through the middle lengthways and apply a generous spread of aioli onto the cut surface. Fill with slaw and top with a chipolata. Voila!
